Rebuz.fit provides physiotherapy-backed fitness coaching, nutrition counselling, and related wellness services ("Services"). Our Services include:

• In-person and online personal training
• Nutrition counselling and meal planning
• Physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation
• Access to the Rebuz.fit client portal and dashboard

Our Services are for general fitness and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. You participate in our programs at your own risk.

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• All fees for services are due as agreed at the time of booking or subscription.
• Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

All content on the Rebuz.fit website — including text, images, workout plans, and nutrition guides — is the property of Rebuz.fit and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce or resell any content or materials provided as part of our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuz.fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
